New York Seafood Restaurant: A Hidden Gem for Seafood Lovers in St. Petersburg

We were skeptical about this place when we first decided to check it out but we were surprised how good it ended up being! The prices were unreal for the amount of food we got! Everything was really good and i definitely would recommend this place to everyone!

Our waitress Selena, was freaking AMAZING!! We were new to the game, we were first timers, but this will, FOR SURE, NOT BE THE LAST TIME!! The food was beyond impressive!! This is for sure a hidden jem of St.Pete!! They also have a full bar with bartenders that know what they're doing! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!

Don’t let the building fool you! My husband and I visited the restaurant on a recommendation of my daughter. I’m so glad we decided to patronize this location although the building looked a little different to what we’re custom to.. I will say the vibe inside was very relaxing and the staff was very friendly. Now for the good stuff stuff, the food was absolutely amazing. We were pleasantly surprised with the portion sizes and the prices. We can see why this is a local staple, and I hope they stay in business for a long time to come. The chicken wings were crispy and seasoned to the gods, the lobster crabs, and shrimp platter was cooked to perfection. We ordered the shrimp fried rice to go because we saw it on someone else’s table and thought it looked amazing and had to have it. If you’re looking for something off the beaten path, I say, definitely give them a try. It’s worth it.

The place is not much to look at, but the prices are friendly with decent portion.

We dined in waitress very cool Selena was her name. Food had lots of flavor sauce I asked for spicy it was just right. I got snow crabs, shrimp, sausage, potatoes platter with a side of rice it was a big portion. Sea food was cooked just right. I usually finish my food but I took the rest in a to go. They offered 2 complimentary drinks per person. Hubby got beef fried rice and also got grouper and shrimp platter yes he ordered 2 plates lol His food was good as well. Only this I wasn't crazy about the crab ragoon or the sauce. My son ordered cat fish nuggets and fried he enjoyed it as well. 4 meals 2 appetizers 3 alcoholic 2 reg drinks $80 pretty cheap for seafood.

We went here for dinner. The food was amazing. The service was great.. The drinks at the bar were good. It's well worth the price. We went back today 9/21/2024, We sat down in the restaurant to have lunch. I purchased shrimp and broccoli for $8. My mom had a fish sandwich and fries for $6. Lunch was amazing. The service is always amazing. I'm in love with the bartender. She's so sweet and kind-hearted

I recently moved close to this hidden gem. The specials are yummy and inexpensive. The curry is legit. The portions are nice. The crab boils are made w/ love. I get my boil in the house sauce w/ a medium spice level. Regardless if you’re eating on a budget or not, there is something for everyone. They recently opened their dining room last month. It has been a take-out only spot for years. They don’t sell alcohol but they give you 1 free cocktail with any meal you buy! The owner Lynn and her staff are super nice too. I went here during Hurricane Milton. The wait time was around 16-17 minutes. Food was hot and tasty, worth the wait. We walked into this restaurant expecting some mediocre food since the electricity was out and most restaurants were closed when the hurricane hit. When we entered the store we were surprised that it still had electricity. While ordering the young server was very patient with me and my wife when looking around the menu and ordering! It was kinda crowded when we went, which was understandable since many people needed to feed other mouths at home. Wings and seafood are 10/10 will come back
